Green Tea Benefits for the Skin

Green tea has been the drink to reach for to achieve overall natural health benefits like lowering cholesterol and losing weight.  Now, it's an ingredient that can be found in anti-aging or even acne topical treatments for more luminous and healthy skin.   

It's hard to believe that green tea, discovered in China thousands of years ago, plays such an important role in health even today.

The antioxidant properties in green tea are powerful and topical creams and serums have been used to treat:
