- 2). Call the embassy office in the country where you are located or need to make an appointment with. Answer the questions asked to you about what type of appointment you need to make so your call is correctly routed.
- 3). Schedule a time convenient for you to meet with someone at the U.S. Embassy and go to your appointment. If you miss your appointment, you need to reschedule; due to the busy nature of the U.S. Embassy officials you may have to wait a few days before you can reschedule.
