A yeast infection during pregnancy can be one of the most difficult times to go through, because not only is it irritating for you, but it can also become quite embarrassing as well.
Now the problem is that the many of the over the counter products simply do not work, and more often they make the situation worse by aggravating the area more and more, so the infection spreads and you are back to square one.

Eat your pro biotic, these are simply good bacteria found in foods such as yoghurt and buttermilk.
They help to fight infection such a yeast infection, but they are more a soothing agent that relieves pain and swelling and keeps it under control.
You can pick up either two from your supermarket, aim for 2 small tubs of yoghurt and a glass of buttermilk a day if you are suffering from a yeast infection.

Tea tree oil is a very good soothing agent for yeast infection; it can help stop the irritation involved with the infection.
This will not cure the infection how ever it is used for a much ready relief method.
Having a yeast infection during pregnancy is not easy and although these methods help to ease the irritation it will not cure the infection it self.
Also do not trust over the counter products, you need something that has been research for years that will also not leave an empty hole in your wallet.
