Make More Money - Why You Are Not Rich
Most of us have dreams to make more money, of living in a nice home, going on long vacations and simply not having a care in the world.
But let's face it, despite a decent education and working hard in a good job, you're nowhere close to your dream.
In fact, you might have heard the saying that J.
O.
B.
stands for just over broke.
Why is this so? The reason why many people do not achieve financial freedom is the lack of awareness of their lifestyle and investment opportunities.
Remember the last time you had a salary increment or bonus? What did you do with the money? Most of us might have taken a vacation, upgraded our car or celebrated by purchasing the latest electronic toy.
The reason why our savings remain stagnant and our dreams seem so far away is because every time our financial situation improves, our standard of living improves in tandem with it.
Now, I'm not saying that in order to be rich, you have to be a miser.
All you need to do is to practice delayed gratification and use our savings to make more money.
Instead of upgrading to that flashy new car, why don't you invest in property and collect on rentals? Alternatively, or even on top of that, you can set aside some of your money every month for investments.
Once you have multiple streams of income, you'll realise that your cash flow will start to improve drastically and you can begin to enjoy the finer things in life.
It's not difficult to make more money, you just have to start working on it and stop dreaming.
Then you no longer have to be just over broke.
