    • 1). Drape a length of white ribbon across the wall where you want to hang your banner.

    • 2). Put a yellow baby hat in front of you on a flat surface. Slide a piece of cardboard inside the hat. You will alternate yellow and green hats to make the banner. The hats must be washed. Five of the hats should be yellow and the other five green.

    • 3). Cover the bottom of the "B" rubber stamp with a paintbrush that you've dipped in white paint. Firmly press it straight down on the baby hat. Dip a small paintbrush in white paint and fill in any empty spots in the "B" image on the hat. Dip another paintbrush in black paint and outline the "B." Set the hat aside to dry.

    • 4). Repeat Step 3 on the other hats, making sure to alternate colors, until you spell out the words "Baby Shower."

    • 5). Pin the hats to the ribbon with clothespins.

    • 1). Cut eight different lengths of waxed twine. Fold the twine in half and tie the loose ends in a knot.

    • 2). Tie each piece of twine, evenly spaced apart, to the hoop using a slip knot. Simply set the hoop on a flat surface. Slide the twine under the hoop, loop it over the top of the hoop and push the knotted end of twine through the eyelet and pull taut.

    • 3). Hook one paper clip over the bottom of each piece of dangling twine. Slide one baby hat inside each paper clip. The hats are now attached to the twine.

    • 4). Tie three more pieces of twine to the hoop. The twine must be evenly spaced around the hoop. Pull the three pieces of twine toward the ceiling and knot the twine together. Gather the remaining length of twine. Braid and knot the end of the twine. The braided twine will slide on a C-hook inserted in the ceiling.
