- 1). Turn off your HP laptop. Leave the laptop connected to a power source.
- 2). Press the power button on the HP laptop to restart it.
- 3). Press and hold the “F10” key as soon as the boot process begins. If the Windows loading screen appears, allow your system to finish booting and restart again.
- 4). Release the “F10” key as soon as the BIOS menu screen appears.
- 5). Use the on-screen instructions on the HP laptop BIOS menu screen to navigate, change settings and save settings.
- 6). Restart your HP laptop after saving BIOS setting changes.
