- 1). Complete the Horadric Staff quest. Cain will speak to Jheryn on your behalf and Jheryn will allow you to enter the palace.
- 2). Clear out the two Harem levels and the three Palace Cellar levels, making sure to hit the Waypoint in Level 2 of the Palace Cellar.
- 3). Fight Fire Eye, the Unique Sand Raider guarding the entrance to the Arcane Sanctuary. When you kill him, a portal to the Arcane Sanctuary will open.
- 4). Enter the portal and activate the Waypoint in the center of the Arcane Sanctuary. You can then explore the sanctuary's four arms as you search for the Summoner. Killing him is your next quest to complete and will open a portal to the Seven Tombs.
