o Obesity is on the rise across the world. Look out for a more balanced diet and avoid over eating. This will make you submissive and frustrate you and in such situations you will tend to eat more.

o Exercise not only helps you to remain in shape but also helps you maintain your fitness regime. Your body needs exercise to burn out the fat you consume and loosen the stress. Actually exercise is the best method to live a healthy life.

o Engage yourself into certain sports such as mountain climbing, scuba diving, swimming, badminton, tennis, etc. These exercise will involve a lot of body movements which means will burn out all the extra calories in the body.

o Usually people drive rashly and many a times do not bother the consequences, but it can be a dreadful one. Driving is an important factor, life is precious and risking it will give you no profitable returns. So drive safely and carefully.

o The extensive use of alcohol and drugs is harmful for the body. It kills the brain and slowly you will loose life. As it is said, 'Man first takes Alcohol, then Alcohol takes man'.

Thus these are the few factors that have significant influence on your life expectancy. So this means that if you have a healthy living your life expectancy is already higher.
