- 1). Click the “Wii Shop Channel” from the Wii’s main menu, then click “Start.” The channel may take a moment to load.
- 2). Click the “Start Shopping” button at the bottom of the screen.
- 3). Click the “Add Wii Points” button in the middle of the screen and choose the "Redeem Nintendo Points" button.
- 4). Scratch off the silver strip on the back of the Wii points card to reveal the code numbers.
- 5). Click the blank box at the bottom of the screen and a number keypad will appear.
- 6). Enter the numeric activation code from the back of the card into the box on the screen, then click “OK.”
- 7). Click “Redeem” to confirm the code. A confirmation message will appear when it's completed. When you return to the “Wii Shop” screen, your account will be credited the points from your Wii card.
