The prices vary on these different cabins and you can expect to pay 25% to 50% more for the cabins with the balcony.
The cabins that are the cheap ones are the ones where you can hear all the noises coming from the machine room and such.
If you are okay with that than this cabin can save you a lot of money.
If you're just planning to sleep and relax in your cabin then this might not such a big issue.
What it comes down to is your personal taste and lifestyle.
