How to Program Your Mind to Lose Weight Fast

It all begins in the mind.
Yes, if you are to succeed in losing weight quickly, then you have to start with your mind.
"Yes you can", I am sure you have heard that comment many times.
And it can be truthful statement, if you allow it to be so.
Let us be honest here.
Losing weight is not a joke at all.
You look at yourself in the mirror and think, "How the hell do I take off all this excess weight?" and, not surprisingly, you begin to have doubts when you look at the task ahead.
But you can do it.
Others have lost weight, and so can you.
Tell yourself you are as tough as the next guy.
If they managed to shed weight, you can too.
You have to mentally convince yourself that you can do it.
You can start by doing what I did.
I pinned two different photographs (A & B) of myself onto the refrigerator door where I could see it many times a day.
Picture A showed yours truly when I was slim.
Picture B, taken about five years later, showed me nearly twice the size I was in Picture A.
I kept telling myself that I must, and I could, do something about this.
And I did.
I started regular mild exercises, mostly walking.
I would walk rather than drive if the distance was not too long.
I would take the stairs rather than the lift whenever possible.
I would take long walks whenever I could.
Plus, as part of my weight-loss program, I also used slimming pills regularly.
And I also learned to eat smaller amounts of food several times a day, as a way of boosting my metabolism.
And so on.
Today I am about the size I consider ideal.
But it all started in the mind.
Once I convinced myself that I could lose weight, there was no stopping me.
You, too, can lose weight if you are determined to.
Yes, you can!
