- 1). Power on your HD2 and press the "Start" button.
- 2). Press "Wi-Fi Router" and press "Next" to get started.
- 3). Type in a "Network Name" and "Password" or leave the default ones provided.
- 4). Press "Internet Connection Settings" and select the way your phone connects to the Internet.
- 5). Click "Start" to enable the Wi-Fi hotspot. After the initial setup, you can turn on the hotspot by pressing "Start," "Settings" then "Wireless controls." Touch the ON/OFF Slider to control your hotspot.
- 6). Click "Stop" on the WiFi Router screen or use the slider in wireless controls to turn it off again.
