The Only Sure Fire way To Lose My Belly Fat

Oh dear belly fat! How do i lose my belly fat? That was the question i used to ask myself a year ago when i used to look in the mirror. But now when i look in the mirror i smile because i can see a ripped midsection my girl and i are proud of. I love the way she runs her fingers through the middle gutter section of my abs. Its all good!

To lose my belly fat this is what i had to do:

The magnificent seven.

There is no stomach flattener and like these seven exercises  And it only takes me  five or so minutes to do them. I will briefly go through them:

1) Farmer Burns Stomach flattener: I stand  up on my two feet and breathe until  i  fill up my lungs. When they are full i shut my mouth and try to force out the air with my mouth shut tight. This will contract my abs. I do this for 8 seconds then relax.

2) Reverse Farmer Burns Flattener: With this exercise instead of inhaling, i exhale all the air in my lungs then shut my mouth and contract my abs for 8 seconds then relax.

3) Waist Rotator: With this exercise i breath in once again and hold the air in. But this time i keep myr hands down by my sides and rotate my waist all the way to the left and then all the way to the right. Ido this 8 times either side then relax.

4) Standing Crunch: As always i breathe in seal it and then bend foward contracting my abs in the process for 8 reps.

5) Single-Hand Side Bend. i stand up straight and put one hand in the air and the other hand down by my side. Breathe in as normal and hold the air in. Now if my left hand is down by my side, i tilt and bend myr body in that direction and contract my side abs at the same time. I hold for 8 seconds and relax. I repeat to the other side.

6) Double-Hand Side Bend: This exercise is exactly the same as the single side bend but the only difference is that i do it with two hands held up and clasped together.

7) Neck and Waist Rotator: This exercise is similar to the waist rotator but i rotate the neck as well.

Its no good toning my abs if i can not see them because a layer of fat is covering them. So another sure fire way to lose my belly fat will be to:

Do High Intensity Cardio.

There are a few ways to do this. I don't mean running on thetreadmill for an hour. I mean doing things like hill sprints and stair climbing. Thes exercises done for 20-25 minutes three time a week will torch that fat off my belly in no time.

Last but not least i always remember to recover from these brief intense workouts by eating high protein i.e fish, chicken, lean meat, etc. And complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, fruits and vegetables. And then i get 8 hours sleep every night.

If i follow these tips i find it vey easy to lose my belly fat. My girl loves my abs!
