One of my favorite things to do is to teach my clients how to Live Efficiently.
 What does this mean?  I was recently reminded of this concept by one of my very good friends.
This concept is essentially the core of what I teach and is also what Venice Nutrition is about.
Throughout my life, I've been engaged in the process of learning how to improve my quality of life by "Living Efficiently".
This never means "doing more"; it means becoming more efficient at what you spend your time doing.
For example, if your require 7 hours of sleep per night, focus on how to make those 7 hours the highest quality possible.
Making your quality of sleep higher might just mean sleeping in a dark, quiet environment and creating an hour of downtime before bed.
These two simple changes will improve your quality of sleep by 30%! Turning to nutrition - If you tend to skip your mid-morning and mid afternoon meal, eat a protein bar at those times instead.
Real food is always better, however, the reality is that if you skip meals you slow down your metabolism.
Slowing your metabolism means storing fat and burning muscle.
Eating a protein bar is always better than not eating.
Over time, you can work your way up to replacing the bars with real food.
When exercising, choose the most efficient movements, the ones that recruit the highest amounts of muscle fibers and burn the most amount of fat.
Choose a treadmill over a stationary bike...
Choose doing push ups over using a weight machine.
In addition, maintain focus while you workout.
These suggestions will provide you with a more efficient workout in a shorter time.
You should also take basic supplements.
