- 1). Read over the sweepstakes rules from a form found in travel magazines or on websites to be sure you are eligible. All contests have rules, such as the contestant needs to be over 18 years of age. Another rule might be that the winners must allow the company to use their image and names. Check if the sweepstakes is available in your home state.
- 2). Check the date for when the entry form needs to be received. If it is expired, you can no longer win.
- 3). Fill out only one paper entry form with a pen or an online form through a travel website with your personal information. Give your name, address, telephone, email address and age. Check off whether or not your want to receive more information about the tourist destination. Most contests only allow one entry.
- 4). Stamp your entry and mail it out. If it is an online form, you may need to send in a self-addressed stamped envelope to receive a list of winners. Other contests notify winners via email.
