- 1). Log in to your Hotmail account using your user name and password.
- 2). Click on "Mail" in the left pane. Hit "New."
- 3). Click on "Attach" and select "Photo." Hit "OK" to begin the installation process. You should see a yellow information bar at the top of the webpage beneath the address bar.
- 4). Right-click on the yellow bar that reads "Install ActiveX Control" to select it.
- 5). Wait patiently as Hotmail installs ActiveX and Windows Live Photo Uploader. You should see a new window with a list of folders on your hard drive to your left. Click on the folder that has the photos you want to send. Single-click to select the photo on the right pane. Hold the "Control" (Ctrl) key while clicking, to select multiple photos.
- 6). Hit the "Upload Now" button. Wait until all the photos have been uploaded in the new email. Type the recipient's email address, subject and a message. Hit "Send" to end the task.
