- 1). Locate the Ethernet port on the rear of the Xbox 360. Connect one end of your Ethernet cable to the console via the Ethernet port.
- 2). Examine the D-Link 615 router and locate an Ethernet port on the rear of the machine. Connect the other end of your Ethernet cable to the router.
- 3). Watch the front of the D-Link router and wait for a blinking LED light under "Ethernet 1." This will indicate proper Ethernet connection and data transmission.
