New Zealand - An Ideal Honeymoon Destination
Do you know that within 1 year, I know 3 friends (they don't know one another) who went to New Zealand for their honeymoon? One couple went to North Island and two couples went to South Island.
And the couple that went to North Island for honeymoon - they have a baby now! Yes, honeymoon baby! I don't have sufficient statistics to show that honeymooning in North Island is more productive.
Just an example to share.
So, which is more romantic? North Island or South Island? I can't answer this question, coz I don't know.
It depends on you.
What is romantic for one couple might not be romantic for another.
Allow me to list some of the 'romantic' factors for each island: North Island 1) More shopping areas - some might find shopping romantic, you never know.
2) More people - 3/4 of New Zealand population resides here.
3) More restaurants choices - for obvious reasons.
4) Many adventure varieties - e.

Zorb and Schweeb are only found in Rotorua.
South Island 1) More scenic - some might find mountains and greenery romantic.
I am one of those.
2) Not much people - Only 1/4 of New Zealand population found here.
You can go on the roads for 15 minutes and not see another car! 3) More unique restaurants - I find some of the waterfront restaurants particularly romantic (yes, they have candles).
4) Adventure Capital of the World (aka Queenstown) - e.

These are just some of the highlights.
Well, if time and money is not your concern.
You can visit both islands for your honeymoon.
In fact, both islands have many awesome romantic spots.
You can find beautiful beaches, hilltop lookout, alfresco dining, bush walk treks, adventure sports, etc.
everywhere! I heard from one of the guides that out of the 100 must-dos in your lifetime, New Zealand offers about 40 of them! That sure says a lot about a small country like New Zealand (yes, I know, Singapore is tiny!) Given a choice, I am sure most of us will want to spend more time traveling around New Zealand.
You can certainly see the North Island highlights and South Island highlights within a month if you like! I understand that in today society, everyone is busy with so many things - family, friends, work, etc.
Hence, we are here to help you to save time.
How does spending just SGD $80 to free up to 40 hours of your time in doing research? Whether you are planning for your first honeymoon, or subsequent honeymoons, New Zealand is definitely one of the better options! It's a wonderful place - you will definitely love it!
