The night before your cruise ends, you will find envelopes in your cabin along with "suggested" tipping.
You can follow their format, or decrease the amount because of poor service, or add as much as you like when the service has gone above and beyond the norm.
At airports and train stations, the going rate for baggage handling is $1 per bag, with a bonus if your luggage is particularly heavy.
When you arrive at your hotel, the limo or taxi driver should get 10-15% of the total fare.
A shuttle or van driver should get $2 per person.
Valets get $1 -$2.
The bellman who takes your bags to your room should get $1-$2 per bag, and if you use the concierge to get your reservations and tickets, give him $5-$10...
depending on how difficult they are to procure.
Room service is the same as any restaurant...
