• Legenda is a tourist boat cruise company in Budapest that also offers tours of the Danube. The company offers two sightseeing tours of the river, one during the day and one at night. The Danube Legend is the evening sightseeing cruise that transports passengers down the river for an hour-long tour in a panoramic boat. The tour, guided via headsets with 30 languages available, allows passengers to view the Parliament, the Royal Palace and the bridges bathed in the splendid night-lights. Passengers are welcomed with a glass of champagne and later have a choice of soft drinks, beer or wine. As of 2010, tickets for the Danube Legend tour are $24.50 US for adults, $18.50 US for students with valid student ID, and $12.25 US for children ages 10 to 14. Children under the age of 10 are free.
