This Robin Hood type tax system was well received by many United States citizens as they would benefit by seeing less taxes.
What many Americans do not realize is that if we tax the rich more, they are going to pass those taxes along to the people using their services.
If Donald Smith makes $750,000 a year fixing cars and he is getting taxed higher under the Obama administration what do you think Donald Smith's first moves is going to be? That is correct, he is going to raise prices so his increased taxes do not hurt as bad.
