Panorama Mountain Village is a popular destination for visitors seeking world class winter recreation and warm weather outdoor adventures.

Transportation - Panorama Mountain Village • Car Travel Calgary, Alberta is the city nearest to PMV and you will take the Trans-Canada Highway through Banff, Alberta to Castle Mountain Junction and through the Kootenay National Park to Radium Hot Springs and go south to Windemere Valley and go right at the Invermere exit, pass the outflow of Lake Windemere, cross a railway bridge and turn right onto Panorama Drive.
This two-lane road follows the valley of Toby Creek for the last 11 miles right into PMV.
If you are coming from Vancouver it takes about two days by car via Highways 1 and 5 to Golden and then Highway 95 through the Columbia Wetlands to Invermere.
If you're driving from the south follow Highway 93/95 up the Rocky Mountain Trench and pass through Cranbroom connecting with the U.

border at Eastport, Idaho, and #93 connects with the U.

border at Roosville, Montana.
