- 1). Select the "Start" menu button on the desktop. Click on "All Programs" from the list that appears, followed by "System Tools," then "Control Panel." The "Control Panel" window will open.
- 2). Click on "Uninstall A Program" from the "Programs" sub-menu. The user will be navigated to the "Uninstall or Change Program" window, where a list of programs will appear. Scroll to the Music Match Jukebox program.
- 3). Place the pointer over the program name and right-click it. A prompt window with the word "Uninstall" will pop up. Click on the "Uninstall" window to begin removing the program. Click "Yes" on the next window that opens asking the user if he would like to remove the program. Depending on the speed of the operating system, the process may take a few minutes.
- 4). Acknowledge the removal of the program by clicking "OK" from the window that appears once the process is completed. Close the "Control Panel" window by clicking on the red "X" button at the top corner of the screen, as well as any other programs that may be open. Restart the computer to complete the uninstall process.
