How to Change Menu Fonts in Outlook 2007
- 1). Click on your Windows "Start" button.
- 2). Select "Control Panel."
- 3). Click on "Appearance & Personalization."
- 4). Select the "Personalization" link.
- 5). Select "Window Color & Appearance."
- 6). Click the link labeled "Open classic appearance properties for more color options." This will launch an "Appearance Settings" window.
- 7). Click the "Advanced" button to launch the "Advanced Appearance" window.
- 8). Click the drop-down menu underneath the "Item" section. Select "Menu" from the drop-down menu.
- 9). Click the drop-down menu underneath the "Font" section. Click through the available fonts to choose the menu font you would like to use. As you click on each font, you will see a preview of how the font will look on your Outlook 2007 menu bar.

Change the size of the font for your Outlook 2007 menu bar by clicking the drop-down menu underneath the "Size" section. - 11
Change the color of the font for your Outlook 2007 menu bar by clicking the drop-down arrow in the "Color" section. - 12
Click the "B" if you want your menu font to be bold. Click the "I" if you want the font to be italicized. - 13
Click the "OK" button. Click "Apply" to apply your changes. Click "OK" again to exit the "Appearance Settings" window.
