    Export the Secondary Calendar

    • 1). Click "Import and Export..." on the File menu. The "Import and Export Wizard" opens.

    • 2). Click "Export to a file" in the wizard. Then click the "Next" button. The "Export to a file" panel opens.

    • 3). Click "Comma-Separated Values." Click the "Next" button.

    • 4). Click the secondary calendar you would like to merge in the "Select folder to export from" area. Click the "Next" button. Write down the file name and location of the exported file. Skip the "Map custom fields..." section and click the "Finish" button.

    Import the File to Your Main Calendar

    • 1). Click "Import and Export..." on the File menu. This opens the wizard again. Click "Import from another program or file" in the wizard window. Click the "Next" button.

    • 2). Click "Comma-Separated Values" in the "Select file type to import from" area. Click the "Next" button.

    • 3). Click the CSV file you created during import in the "File to Import:" section of the window. If the file is unavailable, click "Browse" and locate the file using the information you wrote down during export. Select the appropriate options and click the "Next" button.

    • 4). Click the destination calendar for the file, which should be your main calendar. Click the "Next" button.

    • 5). Click the "Finish" button to complete the merge. Make sure your main calendar shows appointments for both calendars.
