So let me tell you about GoodKeywords.
Download the GoodKeywords software -- there is a link at the end of this article. Yes, it genuinely is freeware! After you've installed it (and that is as easy as pie!), you type your main keyword or keywords into GoodKeywords and click the Go! button.
The GoodKeywords screen tells you what is taking place. If you're connected to the internet, it will go out and find you a collection of related keywords and keyphrases.
GoodKeywords will also tell you how many times each of those keyphrases has been searched for in the search engines it queries. You will see them named on the tabs.
When it is finished, the bigger the number, the more popular that term is with searchers. And that can translate into you earning more money from your new site.

What if you don't have ANY idea of what to type into GoodKeywords in the first place?
You need a way to stimulate a few possibilities for you to check out. Try this.
Type in a single wide-ranging word like... "cure"... or "remove"... or "find".
Or type in several such words like... "how to"... or "set up".
This easy technique will generate a lot of possibilities to get you started.
As it happens, the Overture.com site is not available while I am writing this so I'll use the Overture UK site for our demo here.
GoodKeywords also mines data from several other search engines. You choose which one it uses!
CASE STUDY
I searched on the wide-ranging word "prevent" and GoodKeywords produced 100 results, all the way from...
"how to prevent bladder infection" with 342 searches
... down to "folliculitis leg prevent" with only 8 searches. Notice with this one how the words are not necessarily in the right order. No problem.
One of these search terms will hopefully grab your attention and be worth investigating further.
In this case, I rather liked "prevent hair loss" which comes in as result #3 on the GoodKeywords results list. It had 270 searches.
SUMMARY
We set out to find a hot market using GoodKeywords. And we found one -- preventing hair loss.
