- 1). Go to Vault 34. It's located in the Mojave Desert immediately north of Cannibal Johnson's Cave.
- 2). Enter the Armory, which is located on the second floor. You'll find the Pulse Gun in the chest.
- 3). Equip the Pulse Gun.
- 4). Hit a Brotherhood Outcast twice with the Pulse Gun. It will fry him inside his armor, making this the fastest way to take out anyone in the Brotherhood -- Outcast or not.
