How Can The Administration and Secretary of State Play Good Guy Bad Guy Now?

Over the years, our State Department and the presidential administrations have always done a little bit of "good guy bad guy" diplomacy tactics.
Still, that may be difficult in the future if everyone is on the same page with a globalist mindset trying to keep the peace amongst trading partners that wishes ill behind closed doors.
So I ask, how will it be possible in the present period for the Obama Administration, and it's State Department to play "good guy bad guy" moving forward, when their main players for diplomacy on the world stage will be; 1.
John Kerry 2.
Obama 3.
Hagel Two pretending to be good guys, two push-overs, and no balls to stand up to the two bit dictators of the world; no offense, but that's just not going to work.
If President Obama is running around the world apologizing for the United States and John Kerry is doing the same thing, while Hagel is trying to wind down the military, and convincing the whole world that we no longer have a big stick, then we are kidding ourselves if we think we are going to win hearts and minds, stay respected, and lead the world.
It just won't work.
In a perfect utopian global society it might work, but we don't live in such a time period where that exists.
In the future there may not be wars, but we don't live in the future, we live in the present - at a time when we have other nations challenging the United States and our lead on every front; economically, militarily, and with regards to human rights.
It would be great if we could live in a world where the United States and our ideals could foster a new beginning for humanity.
It would be great if we could lead by being loved and respected.
But in a world where humans inherently try to lead with fear and maintain a sense of disrespect in all regards, this administration's concept of world leadership won't work.
Worse, we've already tried that before, and isn't this a lot like practicing the definition of insanity.
As we march our own country towards socialism, and demand straight-democracy on all other nations, they are fighting back, especially as they feel as if their sovereignty is being threatened by some global group which we call the United Nations and proclaim it to be fair and honest in its deliberations.
It isn't.
Everyone knows there is corruption, favoritism, and it is unfit to lead the future peace.
Turning the great power of the United States over to the United Nations is absolutely insane.
Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.
