How to Clean a Dishwasher in a Commercial Kitchen
- 1). Fill the sink with about 1 gallon hot water and 1 cup either bleach or white vinegar.
- 2). Put on a pair of rubber gloves and dip your cleaning rag into the liquid.
- 3). Scrub down the commercial dishwasher with the rag, using a toothbrush to get around small crevices as needed.
- 4). Fill the cleaning solution compartment of the commercial dishwasher with either bleach or white vinegar.
- 5). Run a regular wash cycle with no dishes or utensils in the dishwasher so the bleach or vinegar can thoroughly clean the dishwasher.
