• 1). Locate the slide latch on the lower left slide of the pistol, near the rear.
  
  
• 2). Press down on the slide latch until it releases.
  
  
• 3). Grabbing the slide, pull back so that it slides out.
  
  
• 4). Push the slide back into its original position so that it clicks into place.
  
  

Loading

• 1). Press the loading button located directly beneath the barrel in the front of the pistol. The loading port should tip up on the top front portion of the pistol.
  
  
• 2). Load up to 18 BB's into the top, square opening on the loading port.
  
  
• 3). Load pellets one at a time into the round port directly beneath the square port.
