What Are Omega Three Fatty Acids? And How Is Their Use Beneficial To Our Body?

A very common topic of conversation nowadays is the omega fatty acids (also known as the essential fatty acids). Simply put, these fatty acids are long molecular chains of hydrogen, carbon and oxygen but what they do to a human body is a science in its self. These acids increase the immunity levels of the body and limit the development of various diseases. They can also prevent inflammation in the body.
