When it comes to getting rid belly fat there is an endless supply of information out there relative to losing weight.
While information is necessary it is also important to apply some common sense.

The point is this - we are all human and as a result we tend to seek the path of least resistance.

For example diet is not the only contributing factor.
Lack of sleep and stress can also cause this to happen.
So even when exercising you can get stuck with belly fat because your body naturally wants to store fat to help protect against starvation in the future.
To overcome this you need to vary your workouts both in intervals of time and intensity.
When it comes to diet you need to understand what you are eating and how it affects your body.
When you get this you naturally make changes without anyone having to tell you to do so.
Pilates and Yoga also work great to help loose belly fat.
After working out if you have access to a sauna take full advantage of it.
This is a great way to unwind and sweat out some toxins and burn a little fat.
Take care of the basics and educate yourself relative to what you do and eat and naturally you will begin to intelligently take actions that will lead to a happier healthier you.
