Fibromyalgia - Healing From Within

If you are reading this article, most likely you or someone close to you suffers from fibromyalgia.

I am acutely aware of this struggle.
As an active sixteen-year old high school student, I began to experience the debilitating symptoms of fibromyalgia.
I felt victimized as I could no longer participate in running cross-country, playing soccer, and waterskiing in the summers.
Some invisible force, it seemed, had taken over my body and I felt powerless to intervene.
Using a wheelchair because I could not walk long distances and sleeping fourteen hours each day characterized my lowest point.
Frustration came easily, especially as I walked the long confusing road in search of treatment.

I decided to go to school to become a life coach and I was pleasantly surprised at the improved health that resulted from using the life coaching methods on myself.
It shifted my awareness and inspired me to think of my life in terms of "I can" and "I enjoy" instead of "I can't" and "I miss out.
"More importantly, it helped me to go deeper, investigating subconscious thoughts that kept me bound.
Years of suffering had programmed fear, frustration, and disappointment into my subconscious thinking.

Although it is natural, it is certainly not healthy.
Negative, fearful thinking emotionally weakens you and makes fibromyalgia symptoms more apparent and powerful.
As a result, you end up feeling less powerful and more victimized.
However, you and only you have the power to opt out of that destructive cycle.
You may already know that the discouragement, disappointment, and depression that often naturally accompany fibromyalgia are making things worse, but you do not know how to break free from them.
Has the common thought, "things will never get better" ever crossed your mind?Contrary to what your fears may tell you, you can take charge.
Life coaching will help you target the stressful thoughts that weaken you, so you can discover your innate power within and enjoy optimal health.
Life coaching will teach you to accept the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, but ignore the prognosis.

"In other words, just because medical studies indicate fibromyalgia leads to a life filled with fatigue and pain, that does not have to apply to you.
Inarguably, fibromyalgia has a scary verdict and medical studies can be grim.
Fear has a tricky way of winding its way into your subconscious mind, sticking there, and creating the painful outcome you are trying to avoid.
Life coaching can free you from that fate.
By employing the life coaching methods, I have noticed my fibromyalgia symptoms lessening.
Physical pain is subsiding, as though it were leaving along with the emotional pain that life coaching has taught me to release.
I feel so much freedom, independence, and power.
I used to follow and strict diet and take medication and now I eat much more liberally and only take supplements.
Working with my mind made all the difference.
