- 1). Click on "Start" on the left-hand side of the Microsoft Windows task bar and then click on the "Control Panel" icon from the Start menu.
- 2). Select "Programs" in the main menu and click on "Uninstall a program," which is located under the "Programs and Features" section.
- 3). Locate "Phoenix Service Software" in the programs list and click it once to highlight it. Press the "Uninstall" button to uninstall Phoenix Service Software.
