We can benefit a lot from drinking green tea. It can be our energy drinker, can be used for detox and now, it can also be used if you want to have that sexy body you have always dreamed of. Yes, it can be used for diet and if you want a faster wight loss.

Advantages of drinking green tea for weight loss:

A study was conducted and they found out that green tea extract can result in a major increase in energy expenditure. This study was reported on in the American Journal of Nutrition. Green tea can serve as a metabolism boost to people drinking it. It was concluded that after a day period, it can improve the metabolic rate by 4%. The high concentrations of cathechin polyphenols found in it are mainly the cause of this metabolic rate increase. These ingredient can help in intensifying the levels of fat oxidation, the rate at which your body burns calories that can help in weight loss.
  1. It can restrain fat absorption and acts as glucose regulator.

Green tea contains catechins that can help in holding back the movement of glucose into fat cells that can cause increase in weight. It also serves as a glucose regulator. It reduces the speed of the rise in blood sugar after a meal. This put a stop  to insulin spikes. We all know that insulin promotes fat storage that can cause someone to gain weight easily.
