- 1). Place your power supply on the shelf with the fan exhaust port at the back of your case. Make sure the fan is aligned with the port pointing toward the back of your computer case.
- 2). Use the four screws that come with your power supply to secure it to your case.
- 3). Connect the power leads to the back of your power supply. The power leads will be a string of four-pin power connectors.
- 4). Connect the motherboard power lead to your power supply, then connect the other end to your motherboard's power input. The power input will be clearly labeled on your motherboard.
