When you do eye exercises then it lessens the eyestrain and makes them healthy.
To try eye exercise, first sit in a relax mode on the chair. Then rub the both hands together and do that till enough heat is made up there. Keep your eyes closed and place those heated cupped palms over the eyes. Don't put pressure over the eyeballs and also keep the heated palms away from the nose. Meanwhile take deep breathes slowly and to make your mind more relaxed try to think and pleasant moment at that time. When palms become cool remove them from eyes and repeat the whole process for 5 times at least.
