- 1). Click the "Start" button in the lower-left corner of the desktop. Scroll up and click "Control Panel."
- 2). Click "Programs" and then "Programs and Features."
- 3). Find the McAfee application in the list and highlight it. Click the "Change/Remove" button.
- 4). Put a check mark in the boxes that correspond to the McAfee application that you want to remove. Click the "Remove" button and then click the "Remove" button on the next page.
- 5). Wait for the process to be complete. Reboot your computer.
