Learning to wholesale houses is something that you may think is hard.
Well I'm here to tell you that it's not hard.
The hardest part is finding someone like myself that is willing to write eBooks and make courses that I give away for nothing rather than charge thousands of dollars for.
I learned all I know about wholesaling for free so I feel it's only right to pass my knowledge on to you.
The best way overall to learn wholesaling is to hook up with other people in your area that are actively doing deals.
This may sound easier than it really is but you'd be surprised who's flipping houses.
You could start out as a bird dog just getting properties for an investor and ask them to teach you the business.
Now some may look at you as competition and not want to teach you but others realize that there is plenty of room in this business for all of us to eat.
You can find an investor by:

• Going on Craigslist and other classified sites and looking at ads for homes for sale but "cash only".
  This is a dead giveaway for investors.
  
• On your daily trips driving around town, when you see bandit signs on the side of the road saying things like "We Buy Houses" or "Home for sale; cash only", that's a dead giveaway of a real estate investor.
  

You can give them a quick call and let them know that you saw their signs and either approach them as your looking to learn the business and would love for them to teach you or you can let them know that you would like to find them some great deals by being their bird dog.
Once you bring them some good deals, they'll be more open to giving you an eye opener to the world or real estate investing.
