Venezuelan Economy About to Slip Even Further Due to Socialism and Conspiracy Theory
Have you ever met someone with mild-schizophrenia? I have, and I am not sure why, I guess, because I am willing to listen to them rattle on about such-in-such, and actually engage their paranoia.
Some of these stories are better than the late night conspiracy theory talk show with George Noory on Coast-to-Coast AM - the old Art Bell Show.
Still, what happens when heads of state become too mentally entangled in conspiracy? Well, they can drive a whole nation to drink or into the economic drink.
There was an interesting piece in Global Processing News on September 11, 2013 titled; "Venezuela blames saboteurs for deadly blast at refinery in 2012," which stated; "Damages from the explosion that occurred on August 25, 2012, were estimated to exceed $1.
1 billion, Ramirez told reporters at a press conference.
Firefighters spent four days trying to put out the fire and the refinery had to work at restricted capacity for many months after the incident.
Apart from the 42 casualties, five more people were declared missing after the explosion, the Washington Post said.
" Okay so, why did I use this particular story to illustrate my point? Well, first, let me say this; How ridiculous, socialists always blame everyone else for everything they do wrong - amazing - they are the ones who stole those oil rigs through a nationalizing theft process, now they can't run them, oil production down due to incompetence and inefficiency - can't even make money at a time oil is trading at $115 (Brent Crude), and they blame the Western World for sabotage - tell them to give their Simon Bolivar reincarnated fantasies a rest.
The official report put out stated that there were loosened bolts on a pump that caused the catastrophe, and the President of Venezuela said it was political opposition at first, but now claims it is Westerners causing the chaos.
Gee whiz, look who is causing chaos as Venezuela entertains Iranians, Cubans, and other anti-US factions like FARC - why just look at the former Hugo Chavez's comments at the United Nations or within his little ALBA club in Latin America? If the new president of Venezuela is worried about the US, then one has to ask why? Is his conscious getting the best of him - could be? The reality is that socialism doesn't work, but the socialist leaders who bought into this sort of method for running a country often don't understand why; "how come things aren't working," they often ask, it's not possible in their minds, so they blame everyone else and come up with conspiracy theories to help them cope.
Please consider all this and think on it.
