- 1). Complete the second mission of the game, called "It's Your Call." This starts a cell phone tutorial.
- 2). Press "Up" on the directional pad of either the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 to bring up your cell phone. As you go, you collect more phone numbers, but after the second mission you'll only have your cousin Roman's number.
- 3). Press "Up" and "Down" on the directional pad to cycle through available phone numbers. Press "A" on Xbox 360, or "X" on PlayStation 3, to select and dial a number.
- 4). Press "Up" twice to bring up the cell phone number menu, and use the directional pad to navigate the number menu. Move the cursor to "Dial" to place a call.
