- 1). Wash your nose with facial cleanser and warm water. Let it dry or wipe dry with a towel.
- 2). Peel off the adhesive on the back of the nose strip. Without touching the adhesive, press the nose strip across the bridge of the nose.
- 3). Press the sides of the nose strip down so that they attach to the sides of your nose. Use your fingers to press it down firmly.
