You need to pull yourself together if you want to try and get him back. Okay, so you are absolutely devastated about the break up, everybody is when this happens, but, if you don't try and do something about it, you will never know if it was possible to get back together or not, isn't it?

Now don't rush out and feverishly make contact with your ex - this is the worst thing that you can do! Just leave him alone for now - he's really mad with you and doesn't want to talk to you - yet. However, once he is over all these negative feelings about you, he will change his tune, and things could be a whole lot different.

He needs time to get over all those nasty things you said, and time is the only thing that will help - it's not something that can just be switched off. Remember, up until you had that argument, you loved each other like crazy - it was the argument that did the damage.

Just have patience - you will have time to try and get him back, when he is good and ready to talk to you - then you can do all your explaining. Until then though, he is really not interested in hearing what you have to say or the fact that you are crying your eyes out.

You hurt the man's feelings by what you said - let him get over it first, and then you can tell him how sorry you are, that you take back everything that you said about him and that you think he is the best thing that has ever happened to you. You have a better chance of him listening to you then than you do now, I assure you.

Also, you need to heal after the break up as well. It's no good you trying to talk to him, when you are crying so much, that you can't say one word without bursting into tears. When you feel that you will be able to talk to him without breaking down, then call him. If you play your cards right and say the right things, then you have a good chance to get him back into your life again.
