About.com has made it incredibly easy to post your cat pictures on my site with an easy form, provided for each of the 80 Ways to Share Cat Pictures.
Simply look at the list, arranged by categories, such as "Fun Cat Pictures," "Pictures of Cat Breeds," or the popular "Monthly Cat Picture Galleries," from which my Cat Pictures of the Week are chosen each month. Each form allows for the uploading of two different cat pictures. Be sure to use spellcheck, and kindly observe the maximum and minimum character count in each form.
