Germany planned an attack that was designed to get between the Allied forces and cause them to lose the war. In actuality, the Allied forces were able to hold off Germany and bring in air attacks and additional troops to help out. Germany was weakened and wound up losing the war later in 1945.

Most soldiers will follow your orders, though you must always be ready to react if they wind up changing their minds. The terrain of the Battle of the Bulge is simulated to be historically accurate.

The game was made by Monte Cristo, a company that has developed multiple games dedicated to realistically depicting World War II.
