How to Make Baked Fish Stuffed with Crabmeat!
- 1). Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Feel through the crab meat to make sure there is no shell. - 2). In a saucepan, melt the butter. Mix into it the crab, onion, parsley, celery, bread crumbs and cream.
Line a large baking sheet with foil and oil the bottom where the fish will lie. - 3). Rub the inside of the fish with a light dusting of salt and pepper.
Stuff the fish with the crab mixture.
Sprinkle the fish with olive oil and dust with salt and pepper. - 4). Bake uncovered fish for approximately 40 minutes or until flesh can be flaked with a fork.
Serve plain or with a sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
