How to Apply Indian Dance Makeup
Things You'll Need
Instructions
1Begin with a freshly washed face. Apply a light coat of oil free lotion.
2
Apply a layer of foundation. Your regular, everyday foundation will work fine.
3
Dust face lightly with a bronzing powder.
4
Enhance your cheeks with a dusty rose or coral blush. Use more blush for a more dramatic look.
5
Cover your eyelids with a dark eye shadow. Outline your eyes with a black liquid eyeliner. Continue the eyeliner to the outer corners of your eyes, turning it upwards, into a petal shape. Add one or two coats of black mascara.
6
Coat your lips with a deep red or coral shade of long lasting lipstick. Top with clear lip gloss for shine.
7
Place a red bindi in the center of your forehead. A bindi can be bought already made, or you can use red vermilion powder to make one yourself.
