The first thing you need to do is to inflate your mattress.
Once you have it inflated, press on it so you can hear the leak.
This way you can finally find where the leak is really out.
After all, you have to find it to be able to fix it.
After you find the area where the leak is, use some tape to mark off that area.
Then clean the mattress and dry it off.
Now you can deflate your mattress.
Take off the tape and put some liquid sealer on the mattress where the leak is.
This sealer can be for bike tires or specifically for your air mattress.
Just make sure you read the directions so you know that it will work on the material that you are working with.
Make sure that you allow that sealer to try for several minutes.
Then you should apply another coat.
Let the second coat dry and then apply the third coat.
If the leak is pretty large, you may need as many as five coats.

Coat the entire area with the liquid sealer you have.
Then cut out a nice patch that is large enough for the area.
Put the patch on the sealer you put down, and then put another coat of the sealer over the patch.
