- 1). Plug a USB data cable into a USB port on the computer. Insert the opposite end of the cable into one of the "In" ports on the switch click USB connector. Repeat this process with all of the computers you want to control with the single keyboard and mouse.
- 2). Insert the USB cable running out of the keyboard into the "Out" port on the switch click USB connector. Do the same with the USB mouse.
- 3). Power on the computers and the switch click USB connector.
- 4). Press the switch button on the front of the display. This adjusts the computer you are controlling with the keyboard and mouse. A display on the front of the device displays what computer you are controlling. Repeat this process until you have control of the desired computer.
