    Coca-Cola Scholars Program

    • The Coca-Cola Scholars Program provides scholarships to high school seniors planning to attend a four-year university. Each year, the company provides 250 scholarships to students across the United States. Any student with a high grade point average can apply. The foundation chooses over 2,000 finalists for the scholarship annually. Finalists conduct a personal interview with the foundation in Atlanta, Georgia. As of 2010, 50 students are chosen as National Scholars and receive a $20,000 award and 200 students are chosen as Regional Scholars and receive a $10,000 reward.

    Coca-Cola Community College Academic Program

    • As of 2010, the Coca-Cola All-State Community College Academic Team Program provides $450,000 in stipends to 300 community college students each year. Students are nominated for this scholarship by a designated nominator at their college. Nominations are given for having a high grade point average and actively working towards an associate or bachelor's degree. Students can win stipends between $2,000 and $1,000 depending on what award level they qualify for. Students can nominate themselves by visiting their designated nominator.

    Eligibility

    • Students applying for the Coca-Cola Scholars Program must be high school seniors and have at least a 3.0 grade point average at the end of their junior year of high school. Students who wish to participate in the Coca-Cola All-State Community College Academic Team Program must be currently registered at a community college, must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and have completed a minimum of 36 hours of college coursework by December of the previous year. Children and grandchildren of Coca-Cola employees cannot apply for either scholarship program.

    Applying

    • Students can get an application for the Coca-Cola Scholars Program through their high school guidance counselor. Students wishing to nominate themselves for the Coca-Cola All-State Community College Academic Team Program can visit the Phi Theta Kappa website which lists all the nominators and representatives for each community college.
